Methodology

Our ranking methodology is based on the international QS ranking system.

The ranking methodology is comparable to the QS World University Rankings by Subject but takes into account national characteristics and the specifics of the national higher education system.
To evaluate universities participating in the ranking, 150 leading educators from domestic universities and 75 employers—including national and international companies operating in the country, as well as some of the world's leading companies in their industries—will be selected for each chosen field.
Educators and employers will be selected in several stages. In the first stage, universities participating in the ranking will propose candidates, ensuring that educators do not work at the proposing university. Several criteria will be suggested for employers (market leadership positions, stable ties with universities, leading positions in the global market, etc.). Additionally, experts from the agency will nominate candidates.
A specially developed program will then select the most popular survey participants using a soft ranking method.
Surveys will be conducted strictly through a structured questionnaire with closed questions. Evaluation must be carried out using a computer program developed for this ranking and through the largest-scale survey among educators and employers to ensure maximum objectivity and comprehensiveness.
Universities will also electronically complete a questionnaire specifically designed for the ranking.
The main methods used in this ranking are data collection and processing, questionnaires, surveys, analysis, and comparison.

In addition, to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of all indicators, participating universities complete institutional surveys / questionnaires. This allows for a more detailed analysis of internal processes and the implementation of educational standards at each institution. Combined, all of this data helps to form the most accurate and objective understanding of the quality of education at each university included in the ranking
