The ranking of private schools in Bishkek is based on a comprehensive evaluation system comprising four main categories. Each plays a critical role in forming the final score and allows for an objective comparison of educational institutions in the capital.
Learning Conditions – 30% of the Total Score
This includes evaluation of the following parameters:
· number of education levels offered
· average number of students per class
· student-to-teacher ratio
· availability of tutors and social workers
· opportunities for individual learning and extracurricular education
· student and teacher turnover
· instruction in english and other international languages
· teacher qualifications and achievements
· relevance and quality of curricula, learning materials, and technologies
Academic Performance – 30% of the Total Score
This category covers:
· percentage of graduates who successfully passed national exams (ORT and NCT)
· average scores on state examinations
· participation and achievements in national and international Olympiads
· overall academic progress of students over time
Educational Environment – 25% of the Total Score
Key indicators include:
· comfort and facilities of the school buildings
· adequacy of academic and sports spaces
· availability of computer labs, science labs, and Wi-Fi
· conditions for meals, leisure, and extracurricular activities
· transportation accessibility
· safety and psychological comfort for students
Accessibility and Leadership – 15% of the Total Score
Assessed by:
· tuition fees and availability of scholarships or grants
· conditions for students with special educational needs (inclusion)
· admission competition and selectivity
· school management effectiveness, mission, and vision
· support and development of the teaching staff
