A leading HEI should always attract foreign teachers, which gives an opportunity to look at the problem from another side, to plunge into the international environment, promotes the exchange of experience and gives the HEI an opportunity to participate in the international educational space. The assessment was given according to the ratio of full-time faculty members and foreign faculty members who have worked at the HEI for at least one semester, as well as taking into account the qualitative indicators of foreign faculty members.
